It was said by one presidential runner that people with poor credit should be screened to possible not own a home.

Is this a wise speculation should people be punished for being too poor but willing to try to own a home of their own.

There seem to be a feeling blame the consumer and leave it there it was there fault for what happened and indeed some blame must be placed in that direction.

However it points to a matter that noone seems to want to address that there is alock out to owning a home for a person with not so stealer credit and this in fact drove the consumer into the clucth of the predatory lender.

1) I have said before if you give a poor man a loan at rates he can afford he will pay and he will pay gladly and consistently.

2)There might be a law necessary to prevent or restrict refinancing from a lower rate to a higher rate with pull out as this is the temptation and the trickery that has caused much of the faultering of many loans. Here restrictions may be placed to deter the folly of the consumer

3)Intrest rates payed on savings should increase and reflect true profit and what I mean by my layman proposal is that many times the stock market made gains and investors made gains but the money is not fairly distributed and so  those tthat are rich again score the highest take home while the real spenders the consumer earn very little on there investment ei those saving in the bank.

There is a failure to recognize that very rich shoppers do not benefit the economy as profoundly as the average consumer as there bought goods are luxury item and do not add to the demand quoata for the mass which is the everyday people.Instead they buy a yacht which enrichers the yacht builder whose general return to the economy weighs for less than the farmers  and maufactureres.

As this is a difficult matter I will only make these three suggestion.
