I have been writing sense the age of 8 and my writing has grown with me over the years. I feel that I am meant to use it as a way to help this world and all the people in it to be what they're meant to be. I want to help in many ways, by donating time and money to different charities, and by someday starting some organizations of my own that will focus on some things I see going on that seem to go largely unnoticed at this time. But for now the best way I see for me to help raise awareness on these matters is through my writing. I write poems about almost any emotion you could have, and on almost every experience good or bad that you can go through. Hopefully my first book of poetry titled Mixed Emotions will be for sale by the end of this year. And though I haven't titled it yet, I'm about a third of the way through with my next book of poetry. I can't wait until it's finished because there are some poems in it that I feel really need to be read. Also I just published a book of short stories titled, A Few Short Stories, that is now for sale on
I-Proclaim.com . Every story in the book holds a special meaning and has a message to send that I think most people will find easy to understand. I hope that someday we can all stand together as one, because if we all do what we can to help one another then there will always be someone to help those in need and no one will have to suffer through something just because they have no body to turn to.
To anyone reading this I hope you can understand why I feel the way I do about life and how each of us have a chance to make a positive or negative impact on others lives. I also hope that you agree with at least some of what I've said and that maybe it will stick with you and you can help spread these feelings to others. May God be with you and keep you safe in this harsh place. And may you never forget that your not alone, the bravest, kindest, most loving man there ever was is on your side, Jesus. I know there are people out there that don't believe He was really the son of God, and if your one of those people, please don't think I'm trying to preach to you or make you change your beliefs, everyone as the right to believe what they want to. But even if you don't think He was the son of God, you still can't deny that He was the bravest man to ever walk this earth. Tell me who else, ever in the history of the Human race has given their life not just for family, friends, or their country but for the sake and well being of all man kind. And even if someone came to us all one day and said, if one good, and honest, kind hearted man or woman will come forward right now and give their life, then everyone else on this earth will have a chance to be saved, if they straighten up and live right. Would there be someone that would do it? Especially knowing that most people wouldn't care, and that at least half of them would go right on living the same lives they always had with out so much as a second thought about the sacrifice that person had made. Even if He wasn't the son of God, which personally I believe He was, He still did a great and mighty thing. If it wasn't for His selflessness then all the people whose hearts and souls He touched would never have become Christians and there for would never have paved the way for the Christians of today. And weather your a Christian or not I'm sure you can see were that would affect the world. As harsh and heartless a place as this world has become it would be at least a hundred times worse if not for Him. In His sacrifice there lies the hope, and the strength, the love, and the kindness, the compassion, and the ability to do great things, for when He died He did not just give our souls a chance at redemption, He gave us all a piece of Himself, and that part of Him still lives in us today just as He still lives in Heaven. The problem is that not enough of us listen to our souls or our hearts anymore, we're all to consumed by work, or our own lives and what ever problems we may face in them, and some are just consumed by greed. What we need to do, is try every day to take even a couple of minutes out to sit down clear our minds, and try to imagine ourselves in a bad situation. Without food to feed our family, without money to pay our bills, without a home, and try to understand how scary it would be, or what you would do, who could you turn to if you had no family or friends to speak of? Then once we've done this we need to get a pad of paper and a pen and start thinking up and writing down ways to make things better, try to come up with every possible idea you can to make life easier for someone that's having a hard time, or going through a rough patch in their lives. The next step would be to try adding up how much it might cost or what it would take to get their life back on track, and if your someone like me that at this time doesn't really much extra money to spend to help someone, then think with that in mind. There are plenty of ways to help others besides just giving money, donate some time to helping those in need. Take some old clothes that you would normally through away or take to a thrift store and give them to a Church that will in turn give them to the homeless or less fortunate, or you could even drop them off yourself in a place you know homeless people will be. You can do the same thing with old blankets, or extra food. And if you do have a little money to spare but you're afraid that if you give it to a charity it might never make it to the needy, then go to a dollar store, if you can go to one where every thing's a dollar and just buy some things that you know someone in that situation might need, like tooth brushes tooth paste, wash rags, cleansing towelettes, or any other things you might think of. Then go and give them out. And every-time you have a few dollars or a little time to spear do something else on your list and just watch and see the difference you can make.

Margareta It's agood idea to write with the people(about them) and for the people. A poem, a novel,a book or a movie is a very good opportunity to send humans your message. WORDS CAN TALK.So, don't hesitate to keep writing. I want, when I'll retire to start writing, too.
