There is a natural resource that stays in prison rotting away while the economy struggles. the resource of human energy

Many of these prisoners crimes were committed out of desperation, some out of laziness and yes truly some out of the wickedness of the heart and those that committed those evil acts of murder rape and child abuse should suffer the harshest of punishment and yes even death.

But I say to you those whose crimes were out of stupidity and desperation who never harmed a woman or child who never took anothers life should be set to work under the supervision of the prison. What to do with the rest I dont care.

Now what do I have in mind.

Prisoners can start to manage farms and to aid in the growth of products that we will need for renewable source of fuel such as orange ryne and corn used in the manufacture of ethonal

Prisoners can help to build schools and parks with less burden on government and the private sector to pay for these task therefore less taxes.

Prisoners can aid in the construction of better drainage system and road work which will aid transportation and aid in mobility of goods and services and also reduce the extent of natural disasters. 

prisoners can be trained to be soldres therefore resulting in more soldries and brighter result in times of war.

Prisoners can be trained to be sent on dangerous mission to other planets and forced if needs be to find other resources out there (smile).

Prisoners can be trained to be the perfect husbands so women would not have to go to dating services.

Anyway there are those who could aid the economy now but sit idle twidling there thumb all day.

My next statement does not

My next statement does not mean I am immoral but I do beleive in relationship between men and women. It has been brought to my attention that the black female is at risk of never expereiencing marriage at a higher rate than all female. This is indeed a sad state of affairs and presents a picture of lonely women whom some have turned to sexual deviance. I strongly recommend that men in prison be allowed to marry and communicate with women of there choosing maybe under some emotional guidance programme.There is a possibility that the black race will also diminish as there will be no fathers for childbirth.There seems to be more men in prison than outside of prison while lonely women pine away from loneliness...enough already.

An idea came to me those

An idea came to me those prisoners who are going to be released from prison must in some way compensate for their freedom example free labour to fix roads bridges and dams and also to create drainage for low lying ares. they should also be compelled to join the army and train in a special division and if they mess up then they will be return to prison however in so doing there reintroduction back into the community will be monitored and those and risk will take longer to gain there freedom. For each prisoner from time of entry into the prison ssytem should have a daily log and study of there behavior to predict who will more likely be a danger to society. Freedom must be earned.
