Live Life Simply!!  That is my motto!!  My family doesn't have a lot of the modern day conveniences that are so readily available in our society.  We don't have cell phones, no video games, we recycle anything we can and reuse much of it.  Whatever we can't reuse at home we make sure to take to the local recycle center.  We have no microwave, and no cable tv.  We learn to live with what's been given by Mother Earth as much as possible.

Wow - no technology either?

Youmna I think the way your family is living is very interesting. I bet mother earth is thanking you and it's probably given you less stress in the long run. But you do have internet and TV - but no cable and no video games. So how do you decide which of technology to keep and which to keep away from? How is this lifestyle actively helping to end poverty in the world? Is there more to this than the recycling part?
