My wife has decided to sell her wedding ring to help end hunger.  Here is the story:

She is auctioning it off on ebay: Item number: 230187094676

All of the money will be going to Hope Equity.  This is an endowment program that allows donors to make social investments.  The donor gets to choose which programs and countries they want to invest in.  The funds support Heifer Interrnational projects.

 

The auction ends on Nov 10, 2007 on our 6th anniversery.

I wish your spouse would not auction her ring as it really is a symbol of somthing special but her heart is in the right place(God told me to say that) wishing you and your family the best,your friend cammie.I was actually moved to tears.I too have become very passionate about fighting the worlds hunger but for now all I can do is examine means and ways untill God gives me the strenght to do more.
